Terms of service.

1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the sale and purchase of digital player cards verified on the blockchain as an NFT (the “Product”) from the Company (the “Company”). 

2. By purchasing the Product, the purchaser (the “Purchaser”) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Terms.

3. The Company does not guarantee any success or outcome from the sale or purchase of the Product. 

4. The Company is not responsible for the marketing or sale of the Product. It is the Purchaser’s sole discretion what they do with their card after they have purchased it. 

5. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to the Product after it has been purchased. 

6. The Purchaser must pay the full purchase price of the Product prior to delivery. 

7. The Purchaser must provide accurate information in connection with the purchase of the Product. 

8. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order for the Product forplease finish any reason, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. 

9. The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. 

10. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, which the Company may incur as a result of the Purchaser’s breach of any of these Terms. 

11. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of FLORIDA, UNITED STATES, without regard to its choice of law principles. 

12. The Purchaser agrees that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of FLORIDA, UNITED STATES. 

13. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Purchaser and the Company regarding the sale and purchase of the Product and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

14. No waiver of any term or condition in the Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. 

15. If a card is sold by the purchaser after purchase, the purchaser is solely responsible for necessary tax filings and reports. 

16. The company is in no way violating NIL laws of any state by the purchase and creation of a digital player card.  Any card sold by the purchaser must be in accordance with said states NIL laws. 

17. The purchaser waives all rights and claims against the company relating to the forfeiture of NIL rights if the card is sold by the purchaser after creation. 

18. The purchaser is purchasing a digital player card from our site. The purchaser is solely responsible for any use of the card and all associated risks. 

19. The purchaser agrees to use the card in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 

20. The purchaser acknowledges that the card is owned by our site and the purchaser is purchasing a limited license to use the card. The purchaser may not reproduce, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, or distribute the card or any associated materials. 

21. The purchaser agrees to indemnify our site from any loss or damage arising from their use of the card. 

22. Our site reserves the right to modify or discontinue the card at any time without notice.

23. Our site is not responsible for any hardware or software compatibility issues that may arise from the purchaser’s use of the card. 

24. Our site may update the card from time to time without prior notice. The purchaser is responsible for downloading and installing any updates. 

25. Our site reserves the right to terminate the purchaser’s license to use the card at any time if the purchaser fails to comply with these terms and conditions. 

26. The purchaser agrees to pay any please finish applicable taxes associated with the purchase of the card. 

27. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The purchaser is responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions.

28. If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
